I'm back homeschooling my two little boys. Trying to be consistent with some very tiny New Year's resolutions—like my 7-minute workouts. Seven minutes is all I can show up for right now. But better'n zero!

I'm not one for big, crazy resolutions. I'm an all-or-nothing person, and I don't like failing. 😂 So, if I'm going to give 1,000% consistency, the new thing must be small.

Speaking of starting something new—and starting small—have you always wanted to enjoy audiobooks, but you feel like they just aren't for you?

I wrote this article a while back about how to ENJOY listening to audiobooks. The key? The first chapter. Set yourself up for success so that you'll want to keep listening.
